At Samira Soothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our shipping and return policies:


Shipping Policy

We take great care in ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please read the following for more details on our shipping practices:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days from the time of order placement, except for Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs, which are made on a pre-order basis (see below).
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs: These are made on a pre-order basis. Orders for delivery must be submitted by Thursday at 9:00 PM ET to be delivered on the following Sunday. Pick-up orders for Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs must be placed 48 hours in advance.

  • Other Products: All other non-perishable products are shipped within 2 business days of order placement, via standard shipping services. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but typically you can expect to receive your order within 5–7 business days.

3. Delivery Area
Currently, Samira Soothes only delivers Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs within the 5 Boroughs of New York City. We are working on developing the best shipping method for perishable goods and will expand to other areas in the future.
Other products can be shipped nationwide.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within the 5 Boroughs.
  • Other Products: Shipping fees are based on your location and order size. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you receive from Samira Soothes, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Non-Perishable Products: You may return any non-perishable products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
  • Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs: Due to the nature of these perishable products, we do not accept returns or refunds for juices and elixirs unless there is a product defect or shipping error.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return for non-perishable items, please contact us at SamiraSoothes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately at SamiraSoothes@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items within 3 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for non-perishable products will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds for Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs will only be considered if the product was defective or there was an issue with the order that was our fault. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Perishable Products: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Cold-Pressed Juices and Elixirs: Orders for juices and elixirs may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this time cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already begun.

If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, we recommend you consult your healthcare provider before using our products. We are not responsible for any adverse effects related to the use of our products.

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the updated policy on this page and provide a revised date. By continuing to use our services or purchase our products after such changes, you agree to the updated policy.
